Export to QuickBooks Desktop

The final step in the life of an invoice is to be exported.


Make sure you have your QuickBooks Desktop running with the Company File you are attempting to sync with Ottimate.


To trigger the sync that will export all your invoice that are in the Pending Export or Approved queue you will need to be logged in your QuickBooks.


Select File from the menu bar.

Click Update Web Services.


The web connector will open in a pop up. 

Click on the checkmark on the far left next to Ottimate Sync.

Click Update Selected. Your sync will then run and finish.
