Here are the steps to connect your Ottimate dashboard to your QuickBooks Online account:
From the Ottimate dashboard, go to your Settings page.
Click on the Locations tab.
Select the restaurant to setup.
Click the "Connect to QuickBooks" icon at the bottom of the page and sign in using your QuickBooks Online administrator credentials.
