Unsupported File Type

When Uploading your Invoices, Plate IQ will recognize PDF and JPEG files only. 


If an Invoice is flagged as "Unsupported file type" we are not able to identify which Invoice it is. If you are unsure, you can reach out to Support@plateiq.com to confirm Upload user and date (details are also under the Invoice History tab).
