How to Report a Card Lost or Stolen

Please note: Only Physical Cards can be reported lost or stolen.


Navigate to the 'Cards' tab


Click into the card. Using the search bar is a quick and easy way to filter through your cards. 


Click the three dots under details. Click Report Lost or Stolen.



A pop up will ask for more information

Click continue when finished
