Approval Policy Report

This report provides a clear overview of all approval policies implemented within your organization with the type of approval policies, their current status, and the list of users responsible for approvals.

Description

Company

 Select a specific company to view the approval policies associated with it or choose “All” to view all company wide policies

Group

Select a specific group to view the approval policies associated with it or choose “All” to view all group policies

Location

Select a specific location to view the approval policies associated with it or choose “All” to view all location specific policies

Note:

  1. If you want to run this report to view only the “Company” approval policies, then set the other two filters “Group” and “Location” to ALL.

  2. If you want to view only the “GROUP” or “LOCATION” approval policies, then set the other two filters to ALL respectively.

Policy Scope

Name of the Entity associated (Company/Group/Location based on the Policy Type)

Enabled (Yes/No)

Yes/No value indicating if the policy is enabled

Approvers

List of approvers associated with the approval policy
