As you continue to use Ottimate, you may run into situations you have questions about. In these cases, please utilize the resources that we’ve organized for our users in the Ottimate Helpdesk. You may access the Helpdesk from selecting the “Support” option in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
If you’re unable to find the answer you’re looking for within our Helpdesk, please contact the Ottimate Support Team at support@ottimate.com or create a ticket from within the Helpdesk. You will first be asked to sign up to Helpdesk—we suggest using the same email and password as your Ottimate account:
Once signed up, you will be able to submit tickets and review the status of your existing tickets
Our Support team is available Monday-Friday from 9am-8pm Eastern Time. When submitting a ticket regarding a specific invoice or payment, please include a link to what’s in question to receive the quickest resolution!
