Invoice image blurred or Items are unclear

If the invoice image is blurry, or the items are not clear enough for the Plate IQ system to read, you have two options.

Edit the invoice and enter the invoice information manually

  1. Click Edit Invoice
  2. Enter missing Header details (Vendor, Date, Invoice Number, Total).
  3. From the Item's Summary, click on "Add Items" if applicable or on the red trash can to remove.
  4. Save Changes to complete.
  5. Click on Verify Invoice (Top-right corner, or under More), to remove the flag.

Re-upload the invoice on the dashboard:

You can re-upload the invoice by deleting the original image and uploading a new image or scan into the dashboard.
