Is the Ottimate support team notified when I flag an invoice?

Flagging an invoice does NOT notify the Ottimate support team. 

Flagging an invoice is for your team's internal use only. The history tab of invoices will always display the user who flagged the invoice to track the flagging history and document communication regarding a particular document.

If you need Ottimate to review your flag, simply add "@support(Ottimate)" in your note.
