How to Tag a User with an @mention

Tagging a user with an @mention allows you to bring an invoice to that user's attention while keeping the conversation in context. 

How to tag a user

1. Open an invoice.
2. Click the More drop-down and choose Flag Invoice:
   
   
   
   
3. In the Reason for Flagging field, type @. A list of Plate IQ users associated with your account will appear. Typing @ and the first letter(s) of the user's name may help you find the user more quickly.

1. Add a note explaining the issue. Then click Save:
   
   
2. An email will automatically be sent to the user to notify them that they've been @mentioned.
