Overview:
We've updated our policy regarding access to card details to enhance the security and privacy of your account. Moving forward, only the cardholder (the primary owner of the card) will have access to view detailed card information by default. Account Admins will no longer be able to view card details unless they are explicitly added as a user of the card.
Why Are We Making This Change?
Ottimate is committed to delivering peace of mind by optimizing our security tools and software that keep your account safe. Limiting card detail access to the cardholder adds an extra layer of security to help prevent unauthorized access.
How to Access Card Details as an Admin:
Account Admins can gain access to view card details for operational or troubleshooting purposes by following these steps:
Log in to your Ottimate account as an admin.
Navigate to the card management section to view the list of all cards.
Find the card you need access to.
Add yourself as a user on the card by selecting the "Add User" option and following the on-screen instructions.
Once you've been added as a user, you'll have access to view the card details.
Note: Adding yourself as a user on the card does not change the card ownership or the permissions of the cardholder.

This change is designed to enhance control over card access and ensure sensitive card information remains protected.
Only users explicitly added to a card can view card details.
