Vendors

The Vendors module will allow you to make and view all changes needed on a vendor level. This includes:

  1. Vendor's accounting information
  2.  Payment settings
  3. Export workflow
  4. Automations
  5. Invoice processing
  6. Quick links to their invoices and items
  7. Vendor notes
  8. Merging vendors



1. Vendor Details: To be used for any accounting vendor accounting edits. The "Vendor ID" field has to be the exact same as in your accounting software, to avoid export errors. 



2. Payment Settings: This is the default remittance used for Check payments. Please note - If the vendor is outside the US, the option "This vendor does not have a remit-to address" will need to be checked on. 



3. Export workflow: Vendors can be setup with a default GL account for all their purchases, or done manually per item. 

4. Automations: if enabled, they are applied to all invoices for the vendor, upon invoice verification. 

Please note - If the "Mark as Paid" option is selected, you can also link a bank account for payments. If using VendorPay, this will create an offline entry for payment export. 



5. Invoice processing: Vendors can be setup to process both the header and line item details, or the header information only. 

6. Quick links: Listed in the top-right corner, you will be able to access all invoices and items for the vendor. 


7. Merging vendors: Vendors can now be grouped together, click here to view details.
