Overview
Saved Views help you save time by letting you save and reuse invoice search filters. For example, you can create a view that tracks unpaid invoices for a specific vendor over the last 3 months.
You can also save search terms and column layout preferences, so every time you return to a saved view - it looks and behaves just the way you left it.
Availability
This feature will first launch as a beta version for select accounts and will only be available for users using the new Ottimate UI (V3). If you're interested in early access, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our support team.
How It Works
1. Apply Filters (Primary Use Case)
Start by applying the filters you use often. Eg. Date range, Department, Status, Tags and more.
You can also:
Enter a search term (like invoice number or vendor)
Adjust your column configurations/ layout
These all can be captured to create a new saved view.
2. Save the View
Once your filters and preferences are set:
Click “Save View” (next to the Filters button)
Give your view a name
Select an account (if applicable)
Click Save
3. Access & Apply Saved Views
Click the arrow next to the “Save View” button to see your list of saved views for the current tab
Select any view to instantly apply it
You’ll see the view name displayed as a label (in yellow) as shown below
4. Manage Views
Delete a view using the trash icon in the dropdown
If you update filters, you can save them again as a new view
You can save up to 10 views per user. On exceeding the limit, system will throw following error which means you need to delete other views to make room for creating a new one.
Note:
Saved views will automatically apply search criteria you’ve entered (eg. Invoice Number) along with your filters when saved. (As you can see in the screenshot below, Invoice number 128790 was searched and view was saved with this invoice number)
