AP Automation

The new "Has No Tag" condition simplifies invoice approval routing for our Finance and Admin team members. Instead of manually listing every tag an invoice doesn't have, users can now select this single condition to automatically apply a policy to all untagged invoices. This change makes policy setup faster, cleaner, and much easier to maintain, while also ensuring greater accuracy and efficiency in handling untagged items.

Instant Capture

The new Instant Capture User Role Permission is now available.  Administrators now have a simple, self-service way to grant Instant Capture access. Admins can select the new Instant Capture permission in Manage Roles to instantly enable the feature for a user, giving them faster control and saving time for everyone, including our Support team.


Integrations

For Microsoft Dynamics GP users on Meyer's account, a new Movers Suite Integration is available. Users can now enter the MSS Order Number and MSS Branch Code directly on the invoice. This streamlines workflows by capturing essential data within the new fields, which ensures accurate reporting in Great Plains.

Updates to Aptech PVNG Integration now syncs Net TermsUsers will see a cleaner workflow because Ottimate automatically applies the correct payment terms to synced invoices, leading to better payment timing and less time spent requiring manual reconciliation.

We've enhanced the Microsoft Dynamics GP integration to give users flexible and precise control over invoice taxes, now supporting both separate tax posting and accurate allocation of taxes across all invoice line items.

Reports & Analytics

Payment Register Report now features an updated design and enhanced functionality. Users can continue to track all outgoing payments (checks, ACH, vCards), but the report now includes full approval details for every transaction. This extra information provides full transparency and makes payment audits and bank reconciliation much easier for end users.

Vendor Details Report has been updated with a new filter: "Vendor with Invoice." Users can quickly filter the vendor list to see only vendors that currently have invoices. This makes it much easier for users to find and manage vendor data, ensuring complete visibility and accuracy.

Infra:

Our Customer Support team now has enabled a new self-service tool: the “MFA/SMS Delivery Log Checker”. By entering a phone number, our Customer Support team can instantly see if a missing MFA or SMS code was sent or blocked. This allows our team to quickly resolve common issues leading to much faster support for end users.
