How do I reset my password?

There are two ways to reset your password within Ottimate.

Login Page:

To reset your password, click on Forgot Password.

Enter your user account email and click Send Email.

Once you receive it, click the link to begin resetting your password.

Settings page:

Navigate to Settings, it will default to your Profile page. Click Change password. 

A pop-up will ask you to enter your current password, your new password and to confirm your new password. Click Reset Password when finished.

Please note that passwords must be strong in order to be confirmed.  This cannot be a commonly used password, it must be 8 characters minimum, and should be alphnumeric with special characters.
